DailyJily Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who access, register, or use any service offered by DailyJily through the website at dailyjily.com and any related mobile-accessible interfaces. The Terms are effective from the moment you complete the DailyJily registration process.

DailyJily may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read alongside the DailyJily Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and DailyJily.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain a DailyJily account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. DailyJily strictly prohibits access and play by minors. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. DailyJily is intended primarily for players based in the Philippines.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of DailyJily or any affiliated company or game supplier.
4. You must not be accessing DailyJily through a VPN or proxy service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
5. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one DailyJily account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

When registering at DailyJily, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DailyJily login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact DailyJily support immediately at support@dailyjily.com. DailyJily will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

DailyJily accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. Managing an account on behalf of another person or operating an account collectively with other individuals is not permitted.

4Deposits and Payments

All DailyJily accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Deposits must be made through one of the approved payment channels listed on the DailyJily cashier page. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. DailyJily does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check directly with your bank or e-wallet provider for details.

1. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
2. DailyJily reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership before processing a withdrawal where the deposit source is unclear.
3. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to a DailyJily account. Contact support immediately if a deposit error occurs.
4. DailyJily may impose maximum deposit limits for account security reasons without prior notice to the player.
5. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a player outside of the DailyJily dispute process are treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

5Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their DailyJily balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
2. GCash and Maya e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking schedules.
3. Withdrawals will only be released to payment accounts registered in the same name as the DailyJily account holder. No third-party withdrawals will be processed.
4. Where a bonus has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
5. DailyJily reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and not an indication of wrongdoing.
6. DailyJily may delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

DailyJily offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. DailyJily reserves the right to determine eligibility for any specific promotion.
2. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit are specified on the individual promotion page.
3. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
4. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account.
5. Where a player requests a withdrawal while a bonus is still active and the wagering requirement has not been met, DailyJily will remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal of the original deposit amount.
6. DailyJily reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
7. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or fraudulently claim bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in account closure.
8. Free spins credited from promotions are applied to designated games at a fixed bet level. Free spin winnings may carry their own separate wagering requirement as stated in the promotion terms.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available at DailyJily — including slots, live dealer games, card games, Pusoy, and fishing games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

1. All game results at DailyJily are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final once confirmed by the game server.

6. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward DailyJily staff or other players through any communication channel.
7. Sharing, selling, or transferring a DailyJily account to another person.
8. Accessing DailyJily from a prohibited territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

9Responsible Gaming

DailyJily is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from harm associated with problem gambling. DailyJily provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings:

1. Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
2. Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
3. Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from DailyJily. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the DailyJily platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, graphics, and software — is the property of DailyJily or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any DailyJily content without the express written permission of DailyJily. Unauthorised use of DailyJily intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DailyJily shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform in accordance with these Terms.
2. Losses resulting from temporary service unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or technical faults beyond DailyJily's reasonable control.
3. Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the DailyJily platform.
4. Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5. Errors in game play resulting from poor internet connectivity or device malfunctions on the player's side.

DailyJily's total liability to any individual player, in any single incident or series of related incidents, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12Account Suspension and Closure

DailyJily reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
3. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe.
4. Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.
5. Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment account after standard verification checks.

14Amendments to These Terms

If you have a complaint about DailyJily, the first step is to contact the support team at support@dailyjily.com with full details of your concern. DailyJily will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, DailyJily will provide information on the applicable dispute resolution process. Players are reminded that the outcome of fair gameplay determined by RNG systems is final and cannot be altered through the complaints process.
